Cartier Tortue Monopoussoir "CPCP"
Ref. 2396
Launched in 1998 as part of Cartier’s Collection Privée Cartier Paris, the Tortue Monopoussoir reflects the collection’s revival of the Maison’s historic designs. Its story is especially linked to THA, the movement workshop co-founded by François-Paul Journe, Denis Flageollet, and Vianney Halter - an early collaboration that makes the watch a notable chapter in modern independent watchmaking.
The ref. 2396 pairs the Tortue’s distinctive, elegant case with a sophisticated monopusher chronograph movement, developed by THA for Cartier. Its single-pusher operation and refined design give it a compelling balance of mechanical ingenuity and classic Cartier style.
As interest in Cartier and the CPCP collection continues to grow, the Tortue Monopoussoir has become especially sought-after for its distinctive design and important horological heritage. This example we present here is in very good condition and comes with its original accessories, including the certificate, manuals, presentation box, and outer packaging.
