The joy of independent watch making is that makers are not constrained by a brand name or mission statement, they have a freedom to build what they dream of, and in the case of Ludovic Ballouard, he sought a more poetic approach to reading the time, where only the current moment matters, past and future hours are inverted. 

Every hour, a neat little array of Maltese crosses jump into action, flipping the passing to present hour markers, instantaneously and perfectly in-sync. A mechanical reminder that you should live in the moment. Like this idea, the movement architecture is totally distinct, a snail cam in the centre orchestrates the dance of the twelve Maltese crosses. The dial, however, is super restrained - a beautifully grained monochrome surface that flows with the classically styled, platinum case and tactile crown.
