Crafted in 18K rose gold, it is the first wristwatch whose repeater mechanism always chimes the local time corresponding to the city at 12 o’clock—an innovation that required a complete rethink of traditional striking-watch architecture.

True to the maison’s world time heritage, the watch showcases an enamel dial, a traditional art that is exceptionally demanding to execute and produced only in very small numbers; in the 5531R it appears as a cloisonné enamel center depicting a lakeside view of Geneva, transforming the dial into a finely detailed miniature painting for the wrist.
