The date and month calendars are balanced, and complemented by the moon-phase aperture below them, adding a whimsical and artful touch to the dial. The day aperture at 6 o'clock is perfectly legible, and all the annual calendar functions are visually balanced between the gold baton hour markers and Arabic numerals at 12, 3 and 9 o'clock. Though the dial offers its wearer a lot of information, it remains symmetrical and uncrowded.
